This is just a plain old funfetti cake I made for Judit's b-day but I had fun with the icing!
I'm currently working on making regular Icing look smoother on a cake - its one of my biggest downfalls!
When my sister and her husband were here for a little after Christmas trip she requested cupcakes from the book 500 Cupcakes she had sent me a month earlier and unfortunately I only got around to making these. I think they turned out OK only because I never got to try them ;-)
They are pistachio and rose water ( I had to go 3 cities over to even find a store that sold edible rose water - I need to move!!) with cream cheese frosting.

super cute cake!! and I can attest that the cupcakes were AWESOME!! although you made them the night before we left, I managed to make the most of it by eating 2 that night and 2 on the plane home!
